Become a consigner with us!

Book an appointment​

Prepare your items for drop off

  • Limit of 1 bag or box of per drop off. Toys, books, games, etc. are accepted all year round.

  • All clothing must be freshly laundered and ready to be hung free of holes, stains, functional buttons and zippers.

  • We accept sizes newborn to women’s plus size, maternity wear and menswear.

  • All equipment must be in good used condition with all pieces and conform to Health Canada’s Safety Requirements and Guidelines for children’s products.

  • All items must be dropped off in bags that you do not want returned.

Please keep in mind that certain items may not be accepted or kept at the store due to demand or condition of the item at drop off. Please ensure your items meet the requirements above - once your items are dropped off they will NOT be returned to you and become property of ELLIE & CO.
How consigning with us works

  • ELLIE & CO. sets the price for the consigned items and consider the condition, size, popularity, brand and demand of the item.

  • Items we deem not saleable (i.e. torn, stained, well worn, covered in animal hair, missing pieces, etc.) will be donated to a local charity, at our discretion. Items will NOT be returned to consignor.

  • ​Unsold items will be donated to a local charity, at our discretion, after they have been on the floor 3 months.

  • We occasionally offer in-store specials or discounts to help with selling items, promoting the store and to make room for new season items.

  • All items are sold on a 50/50 consignment split - if you choose to use your balance in store you get 100% of what is in your account HOWEVER if you request a pay out, you will receive 80% of your account balance.

  • Payouts over $50.00 require 2-3 business day notice - payouts are capped at $100 and are available every 90 days

  • Inactive accounts will be closed after 1 year.
